Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other additional charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

You have the right to return eligible standard products within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To start a return, please contact levni_art@hotmail.com within the 14-day period. After notifying us, the item must be returned within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, is defective or was sent incorrectly. Products should be returned carefully packaged and in a condition that allows them to be resold.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed using the original payment method. The refund includes the purchase price and the standard delivery cost of the original order. Additional costs for choosing a more expensive delivery option are not refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at levni_art@hotmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom-made and personalised products, including commissioned artwork, cannot be cancelled once production has started. Any specific conditions for a commission will be agreed upon before work begins.
